Hawthorne House has been providing exceptional care to the Freeport, Mid-Coast, and surrounding communities. 

Hawthorne House provides four professional levels of care for our residents including Skilled Nursing Care, Skilled Rehabilitation, Memory-impaired Living and Assisted Living.

Our residents receive a full complement of social and cultural activities. Our goal is to allow each person to be as active and engaged in life as they choose to be.
